Your Body By Jeanai trainer will identify with you any special or medical nutrient requirements/ limitations, food allergies and/or aversions.  This knowledge will empower your trainer alongside our expert nutritional consultants  to make equivalent substitutions to ensure you get the proper amount of calories, nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates and good fats to promote healthy weight loss, body fat reduction, lean and/or mass muscle growth.

You can find comfort in knowing that Body By Jeanai has sought out the advice from experts in the field of nutrition and worked hand in hand to compose your provided meal plans.   Your daily meal plan and food consumption will address muscle repair, muscle recovery and muscle hydration to create an environment for the muscles to respond according to your scheduled workout and overall fitness plan.

All custom meal plans come with a complementary daily meal plan and activity tracker form.  This form is the ideal journaling tool for you to keep track of planned vs. actual consumption alongside a daily record of your workout activity.
