A Fitness Evaluation & Assessment reveals your fitness level relating to:
- Heart rate in the midst of exercise
- Your fitness level rankings amongst others in your gender and age bracket.
This assessment is mandatory before the commencement of all Personal Training, Couples / Trio Training, Virtual Training and before a Customized Exercise Prescription can be generated. Typed results from evaluations will be provided.
