The Body By Jeanai all-inclusive weight –loss Obesity Clinic and Retreat is on the way.  If you are someone who needs to lose between 40 and 200 pounds and want to do it quickly, safely, without drugs and/or fad dieting then this is the Obesity Clinic for you.  In alignment with NBC TV’s favorite “The Biggest Loser” 3-tiered approach, Body By Jeanai has sought out experts in their fields to address weight loss from a mental, emotional and physical standpoint.  Discerning the catalyst for weight gain in all three areas has to be identified, acknowledged, and accepted in lieu of treatment in order to sustain a successful health and fitness life transformation.

The Body By Jeanai Obesity Clinic will be a 2 phase program. 

Phase 1 - Is an ongoing intimate group of similarly focused individuals that meet twice a week in need of physical weight-loss training, instruction, knowledge, and the emotional support infrastructure that's required to reach and maintain their health and fitness goals.  Phase 2 will be  the Obesity Clinic Offsite 10-Day Retreat.  Phase 1 participants are encouraged but not required to participate in Phase 2 Obesity Retreat.  For both phases, the target participants are adult men and women who have struggled with weight loss for years and frustrated with its’ affect on their quality of life.  Whether you are someone who has undergone a weight loss surgery, considering one or want to lose weight without surgery, the common denominator in either decision is that you MUST exercise to improve your health and get the physical weight-loss results you want. 

Phase 2 – The Obesity Retreat: To ensure you receive a fresh start on this intense journey to fitness, you will be removed from the stresses of everyday life and any or demanding environments as the obesity clinic retreat will take place on a private property in Michigan.  The benefits from the offsite location are endless but the main one is so that you will be able to develop, without distractions, a new healthy attitude and perspective relating to maintaining active behaviors and habits that you’ll need to continue and sustain your result-oriented weight-loss regimen.   YOU will be the focus and YOU will be the prize!

Prior to the obesity clinic retreat, you will have completed your initial goal setting session, physical health assessment, fitness evaluation assessment, body measurements and body fat assessment.  Your daily activity itinerary and meal plan schedule for the retreat will have already been generated before you actually get there ensuring your weight loss program commences upon your arrival.  Your experience will be completely comprehensive whereas you’ll participate in weight loss programs including but not limited to: a variety of workouts and high caloric burning physical activities, massage therapy, a multitude of weight loss counseling sessions, smart shopper grocery tours, meal preparation lessons and nutritional counseling. At the obesity clinic retreat’s end, you will have to complete the same battery of assessments and another goal setting session for you will have physically changed your body composition and your goals will need to be reassessed as you migrate into the maintenance mode of your fitness journey.
