Well, Body By Jeanai offers an affordable and highly successful virtual training program where you will receive mostly all the customized benefits of personal training. 

Your Responsibility

You will facilitate your scheduled workouts in your home or preferred training location. The program will require you to take and communicate your monthly weigh-ins, body measurements and progress photographs.

You will be required to use the Body By Jeanai Daily Meal Plan and Activity Tracker forms and upload them weekly to your trainer. 


Our Responsibility

Body By Jeanai will create a customized workout and nutritional program based on your current health, fitness goals while making modifications to accomodate your continued progress.  Trainer / client communication and support are done by way of U.S. mail, email, internet photos and videos.
