Starting Point
The selection process of these components of your exercise prescription will be based around the results from your fitness evaluation and assessment. Those results coupled with any current or past medical conditions, past surgeries and any physical limitations will dictate the starting level of your customized fitness program.
The goal is to take you safely from your current fitness level to that of where you should be based on age, gender and the before-mentioned factors. Based on your goals and interests, your exercise prescription will allow for general conditioning, athletic sports training, calisthenics, weight training, body sculpting, core training, muscular strength and endurance building activities.
Training Progression
Through consistency, your body will respond. Your muscles will develop and grow leaving you with a stronger, leaner and sculpted body. Your endurance and stamina will increase whereas your cardio respiratory conditioning will be ready for more. Based on your frequency, you will be able to see and feel a significant difference in one or more of these areas in as little as 3 weeks. Once this milestone has been reached, you’ll be ready to turn it up a notch in the next phase of your fitness journey by way of your 2nd exercise prescription. All subsequent exercise prescriptions will create a new series of fitness challenges by addressing your heightened levels of strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular and overall fitness conditioning.
