By definition, Accountability means:  an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions.

This is a very important part of building a successful lifestyle change program.  There are some people that can be accountable to themselves without intervention and there are many who need to be accountable to someone as well as be accountable for daily and/or structured activities. 

This holds true for executing  workouts and for following meal plans.  Here at Body By Jeanai, journaling is a big part of your Accountability Factor.  You will be provided a form to keep a daily record of your acitivy and meals.  You will be asked to keep a folder of your log and have it handy for your trainer will want to see it to ensure that both plans are being followed.

It may seem tedious but it is required and moreover, it is difficult to overlook or rationalize what is written in black and white!
